About the festival

We have been running Club Soda for over three years. The most popular question we get asked is about what to drink instead of alcohol?

Not only have we built up an amazing knowledge of the range of drinks out there, but we are also witnessing the explosion in the number of great tasting, well-crafted alcohol-free drinks.

New alcohol-free beers, wines and ciders are making their way into pubs, healthy alternatives like kombucha and herbal infusions are becoming mainstream, and even Tesco now has an easy to find, well stocked alcohol-free drinks aisle.

Our goal is simple:

Our Mindful Drinking Festivals are about bringing some of our favourite drinks into one place for everyone to try. Whether you are on a health kick, moderating your drinking habits, pregnant or trying, or just a bit sober curious, this is your chance to find a new favourite tipple.

What to expect

Our next Club Soda Summer Mindful Drinking Festival is on Saturday 28th July 2018, 11 am to 6 pm, at Spitalfields Market, London E1 and is in association with Heineken 0.0

Sponsored by CEDER’S, Eisberg Alcohol-Free Wines, and Fever-Tree

This is our third festival and it’s going to be a corker. Since our first festival last summer, the mindful drinking scene has grown substantially and the demand for low and no alcohol drinks is ever increasing. With that in mind, we’re showcasing the best tasting adult-orientated drinks brands in the industry, some of which you’ll recognise from previous events and others which are brand new.

Come along to try and buy your favourites, grab some awesome street food from the neighbouring market, play a fairground game or two, join a mid-morning rave, dip your toes into a mini beach, sign up for a workshop, have your “future you” fortune told, or head to our chill-out zone to enjoy our outstanding live music and relax in the sunshine.

  • Zero to 0.5% abv drinks; beers, wines, ciders, cocktails, ‘spirits’ and adult soft drinks.
  • Over 40 stalls with innovative drinks.
  • Talks and tasting sessions from producers and experts.
  • Fairground games and entertainment
  • Free samples of some of the newest and most exciting drinks available.
  • A “QuitLit” book fest featuring some of the best authors on mindful drinking.
  • Alcohol-free beer tasting with beer-sommelier Jane Peyton.
  • “Perfect serve” event with Fever Tree.
  • Opportunity to have a 1-1 session with a drink-coach to discuss your “future you”.
  • Morning rave with Morning Gloryville.
  • Great live music from local musicians and some awesome DJ sets.

The festivals are free to attend, but some workshops or tasting events within the festival may be ticketed – check out our homepage to book these when the full programme has been announced.

If you are a drinks producer, wholesaler, or have something else you’d like to showcase at the festival, please read more about opportunities to get involved with a stall at the festival or as a sponsor.
